Returns are not accepted on equipment.

If you wish to return other items, please contact us to discuss obtaining a return materials authorization. Returned goods are not accepted without such authorization.

If a return is authorized, the greater of $25 or 20% of the total will be assessed as a restocking charge. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

All returns must be within 60 days of the ship date.

Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and contact us immediately if there is any damage, discrepancy, or defects. Damage and discrepancy claims must be filed within 10 days of receipt of material.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

All refunds are processed back to the customer’s original form of payment. You will receive a confirmation regarding the refund details. Please allow up to 3 business days for the credit to be reflected back on your account. Timing will vary depending on the form of payment and the financial institution.
