The NEMA-200 is designed as a dechlorinator/diffuser unit all in one. It is well-suited for dechlorinating potable water off of a fire hydrant at flows of 200 gpm and above. Made of aluminum, it weighs in at less than 9 pounds and measures 12" x 6" x 8". A brass 2 ½“ FNST swivel makes for fast connection to a hydrant or hose. With its durable one-piece construction, the NEMA-200 is easy to set up and operate.
This device is intended for use solely with flowing water from municipal potable water systems with pressures under 75 psi and flows below 1,000 gpm. Other uses may result in damage or injury.

The NEMA-200 is designed for the dissolve rate of Vita-D-Chlor Tablets. Some applications may allow for the use of Vita-D-Chlor Slo-Tabs or other dechlorination tablets. The NEMA-200 is a single unit with a built in rock screen and diffuser. Perfect for fast and easy hydrant flushing of potable water. Operator ease and light weight takes the strain off flushing operators.
