Specifications
Save money and ease into dechlorination during hydrant flushing with the NEMA-100 Starter Kit. This starter kit comes with enough Vita-D-Chlor Tablets to dechlorinate over 300,000 gallons of water with 1 ppm chlorine. This kit includes:
One NEMA-100 dechlorinating flushing unit
Two 5 lb containers of Vita-D-Chlor Tablets (about 40 tablets total)
WaterWorks 5-Way test strips, one pack of 50
The NEMA-100:
Has a detachable elbow on the 2½” MNST discharge end
Can accept other accessories (such as a pitot, hose, or diffuser) when the elbow is removed
Made of aluminum
Measures 16" x 6" x 8"
Weighs 12 pounds
Handles flows of 200 gpm and above
Holds four Vita-D-Chlor Tablets
The 2 x 5 lb of Vita-D-Chlor Tablets:
Approximately 40 tablets
Enough to treat 300,000 gallons of water with 1 ppm of chlorine
The WaterWorks 5-Way test strips measure:
Free Chlorine: 0 to 10 ppm
Total Chlorine: 0 to 10 ppm
